This Shipping Policy describes how Apexador (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") manages the shipment and delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of drills and equipment shipped within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise costs at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Delivery Estimates & Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

  • Transit Time: 6–8 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-demand seasons.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apexador is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Items

Apexador is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claim process.

  • Missing Items: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us so we can assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.
