Return and Refund Policy
At Apexador, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Our return and refund procedures are designed to be transparent and straightforward.
1. Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your transaction, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete the request.
Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized by Apexador.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
Intimate or sanitary goods.
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
Gift cards and downloadable software.
Select health and personal care items.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe:
Verify your bank account balance again.
Contact your credit card provider; it may take additional time for the transaction to be officially posted.
Contact your bank to inquire about internal processing delays. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@apexador.com.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
We provide replacements exclusively for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@apexador.com for further instructions.
7. Shipping Logistics
To initiate a return, please contact our support team to receive the appropriate shipping instructions and return address.
Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
Liability: If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
